Who we are
HoloHunt is operated by HoloHunt (Kieran Bourne), Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@holohunt.win. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.
What we collect
Your name, email address, postal address and date of birth (to confirm you are 18+ and to deliver prizes); entry and payment records (payments are processed by our payment provider — we do not store full card details); messages you send us; and, with your consent, anonymous analytics about how the site is used.
Why we use it
To run competitions and administer entries; to verify eligibility (age and UK residence); to contact winners and arrange delivery or collection; to take payment and prevent fraud; to answer your enquiries; and, where you have opted in, to improve the site and send you updates. Our lawful bases are contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests and consent.
How long we keep it
We keep entry, payment and winner records for as long as needed to run competitions and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it.
Who we share it with
Only trusted providers who help us operate — for example our payment processor, delivery partners and email or analytics services — under contracts that require them to protect your data. We do not sell your personal data.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or port your data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, email hello@holohunt.win. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

For any privacy request or question, email hello@holohunt.win and we will respond within a reasonable time.
